Time / Volunteer
Support clearly defined research, coordination, field or project tasks.
ARDUNA is building its contributor model around real tasks and projects. A role should have a clear purpose, defined responsibility and a reason to exist.
In the founding stage we are interested in people who can help research, build, review, design, connect or test useful work. We will not create impressive titles without substance.
The exact roles will change with each project. These are the contribution paths ARDUNA is preparing for.
Support clearly defined research, coordination, field or project tasks.
Find sources, review evidence, organize data and improve analysis.
Build software, data tools, automation, prototypes or technical systems.
Review methods, assumptions, risks and technical decisions in a defined area.
Help make evidence, projects and public knowledge clear without overselling them.
Take part in structured research tasks with clear scope and review.
Bring a climate-related problem, idea or existing project for serious evaluation.
Discuss research, pilots, implementation, funding or knowledge partnerships.
Participation is not a badge. It should connect a person or institution to a defined responsibility, project or body of work.
Every role should answer what needs to be done and why it matters.
Evidence, conflicts of interest and uncertainty should be handled openly.
People, communities and sensitive information must be treated responsibly.
Responsibilities, partnerships and relevant funding should be understandable.
Strong opinions do not replace sources, methods or measurable results.
Titles should reflect actual contribution, not create the appearance of a large organization.
ARDUNA does not yet have a permanent open volunteer intake or a large standing team. Project-specific opportunities and clear contributor needs will be published as real work becomes available.
